Join Steve Dolinsky, Chicago's eminent food journalist and impartial pizza judge, as he discusses his new book Pizza City, USA: 101 Reasons Why Chicago Is America's Greatest Pizza Town. Steve embarked on a self-described "pizza quest," methodically taste-testing 101 different pizzas all over Chicagoland, and this book is the result of that careful study!  This is a ticketed event. A user-friendly guide smartly organized by location, Pizza City, USA  covers by the varieties of pizza served by the city's proud pizzaioli-including thin, artisan, Neapolitan, deep-dish and pan, stuffed, Sicilian, Roman, and Detroit-style, as well as by-the-slice. Pizza City also includes Dolinsky's "Top 5 Pizzas" in several categories, a glossary of Chicago pizza terms, and maps and photos to steer devoted foodies and newcomers alike.

Steve Dolinsky files two original reports each week for ABC's Channel 7, under the moniker “The Hungry Hound.”  In addition to his food and travel writing published both here and in Canada, Steve co-founded the award-winning "The Feed" podcast with Rick Bayless, and he curates and leads highly specialized culinary experiences, including international tours. He's also an occasional judge or contributor on “Iron Chef America” and “Unique Eats,” and serves as one of the 27 Regional Academy Chairs for “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.”
